リニューアルを手掛けたチームの思いが詰まったこの施設の注目ポイントの一つは、新設されたマッサージブースです。

そう語るのは、店舗統括責任者であり自身も現役のレッスンプロである下川氏。学生時代はプロ野球選手を目指すほどのスポーツマン。ケガによりゴルフへ転向してからはアメリカに渡ってレッスンプロとしての研鑽を積んできたという経歴の持ち主で、インドアゴルフ事業に携わって35年以上になるのだそう。
「競技者を志した頃もあったが、自分は競い合うよりアドバイスした相手が上手くなっていくことに喜びを感じるタイプだった」とにこやかに話す表情には下川さんのその人柄が滲み出ていました。
